Purpose returns to Sunday nights
No Mad Men until 2012. NFL lockout woes continue, with no resolution in sight. What is a person supposed to watch on Sunday nights? Things were looking bleak. Would I be able to survive until the new season of True Blood starts? Not likely. HBO's take on Mildred Pierce was disappointing. The script was to blame. But at least that was something to watch! Having seen promos for HBO's new show, Game of Thrones, I decided to check it out. Why not, I like Sean Bean. I finally got around to watching it last night, and my hopes weren't all that high. I haven't read the books, so I had no idea what to expect. Well...
